- 1 (4 pound) chicken boneless cut small pieces
- 1 (2 larg onion, chopped
- 1 (2 large size tomatoes
- 1 (3 tablespoon curd
- 1 cooking oil
- 1 (2 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1(2 black cardamom
- 1-1/2 inch cinnamon sticks
- 1(4 green cardamom
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 (tbs kashmiri red chili powder
- 1(2-3 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1( 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Tomato pasta
1fist chicken marination Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, lemon juice red chili powder yogurt salt ,coriander powder , cumin powder and mix well and marination 30 min.
2Add onion , ginger .garlic ,clove ,green ,black cardamoms ,in the grinder and make a paste .
3heat oil 4 tbs in a pan add masala paste fry 2-3 min.add tomato paste and add marinate chicken fry cook 12-13 minuets on a low flame when oil is comes to the surface .Add garam masala
4.Garnish with green chili , and fresh coriander leaves.
