  • 1 (3 pound) bone or without boneless  chicken
  • 1 (3 big size onion,
  • 1  (2-3 tomato chopped
  • 1 (4-6 whole black pepper
  • 1 (4-6 cloves
  • 1 (2 black cardamoms
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3 green cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • (5 whole dried red chili
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2  cup oil
  • 1 (3-4 green chili
  • 1 fresh coriander  for garnish


1Heat oil in a pan sauté  onions until  transparent .

2Add meat  fry 2-3 second ti dry water.

3Add all ingredients and add 2 cup water to chicken  tenderize

4Cover and cook until chicken becomes tender .

5now cook it uncovered  on high heat until gravy is little thick now simmering on low flames so the oil separates frome gravy

Enjoy your chicken stew with naan roti and plain rice.
