Chicken Corn Soup

  • 1 (2  pound)                      chicken
  • 1 (3 quarts                        water
  • 1 ( 4                                    eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon                    salt
  • 1 teaspoon                        black pepper
  • 1 (5 tbsp                             corn
  • 1  bunch                           green onions
  •  1(4 tbs                              red chili  sauce
  • 1 (4 tbs                             soy sauce


1in a large pot add chicken,  water, .black pepper  over  medium heat . bring to boil , then reduce heat and simmer 3o minutes  . until chicken is tender .

2. remove chicken   shared  and mash corn in the blender  put back chicken  and corn in the soup.

3In a medium bowl, stir together  o, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper with 2 cups water. Gradually add cornstarch , and stir until thick. .

4 in medium  bowl , beat egg until light color .drop  batter  into hot broth  mean whilerow eggs make rivels.mix by hand until the consistency  of crubs add salt soy sauce, vinegar  ,hot sauce ,  Stir, cover, green onion chopped  and simmer for about 5 minutes.

5 chicken  soup  is ready to Serve with boil eggs and green onions .
