INGREDIENT:

SPICE.

Chicken 1 Kg (Cut into thick strips)

Onion. 2. (Cut into Slices

Ginger Garlic. 2 Tbsp

Chili Powder 1 Tsp

Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp

All Spice. 1/4 Tsp

Salt 3/4 Tsp

Soya Sauce 1 Tsp

Ketchup 2 Tbsp

Tomato Past 2 Tbs

Natmeg Powder. 1/4 tsp

Mace powder 1/4 Tsp

Oil 1/3 cup

VEGITABLE:

Green Chili 3 (cut into Strips)

Capsicum (4 color – cut into Strips)

Tomatoes 2. Cubes

Coriander leave 2 Tbsp

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil add half onion in a wok fry it for 2 minutes .

2. Add ginger and garlic past fry 1 minute.

3. Add Chicken until chicken change white color .

4. Add all spice fry 1-2 minute

5. Add Green Chili Capsicum tomato .

6. Add 1/2 cup water cook 3-4. minute.

7. Sprinkle fresh Coriander Leaves.

Chicken jalfrezi ready to Serve with plain Rice and Naan.
