Banana bread is very popular Recipe and very healthy .

Ingredients


  • 1Unsalted Butter 8 Tbs ( 1 STICK )
  • 1Mashed Bananas 3-4
  • 1Eggs 2
  • 1Brown Sugar 1 cup
  • 1All purpose flour 2 cups
  • 1Milk 1/4 cup
  • 1Vanilla extract 1 Tsp
  • 1Baking Soda 1 Tsp
  • 1Salt 1/4 Tsp
  • 1Chopped Nut or Chocolate chip ( optional) 1/2 cup
  • 1loaf pan for one loaf 9×5

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease pan with butter.

Add melted butter to a large bowl .

  1. Add bananas to the same bowl and mash with a fork.

  1. Add eggs to the bowl and use the fork to mash then add vanilla extract and mix it.

  1. Take another large bowl add flour ,Sugar ,baking soda ,salt and cinnamon whisk together all dry ingredients .Add the dry ingredients to the wetCheck bread with toothpick inserted in the center of the bread and comes out clean.and mix together with hand better or with spatula until combinedGrease loaf pan pour the batter in to loaf pan . put on the top chopped nuts or Chocolate chip and bake 40 – 50 minuets .
